Investment Overview
Roble Alto is a 81-unit, high-rise residential condominium currently under development consisting of a nine-story building in Medellin, Colombia. The land for the development was acquired in 2019 and construction commenced in the 2nd half of 2020. Roble Alto is geared as for-sale housing to the underserved and growing “Estrato” 4, or middle class, of Colombia.
The project is scheduled to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2022.
